About the Diver Stress and Rescue Course
Generally, the Diver Stress and Rescue Course serves as a reality check for divers. It will make you realise how fast things can go from completely normal to total chaos. Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone. You’ll also be pushed to your mental and physical limits.
Upon finishing this course, you will be more aware about potential dangers underwater and how to deal with them. Ultimately, you will become a confident diver in the process.
